One dashboard for the whole cafe.
Menu, table orders, cashier, kitchen display, and daily reports in one place. Every order, from a QR sticker, the cashier, or an Optima table device, moves through the same flow from table to report.
Many entry points, one order flow.
An order can come from the QR sticker on a table, from the cashier for a walk-in guest, or from an Optima table device. All of them land in one orders table on the server, so the kitchen and the cashier never need to know where an order came from.
Most cafes run on separate tools.
- Guests wait. Ordering starts only when a waiter is free to come to the table.
- Notes on paper. The kitchen works from handwritten tickets that get lost or misread.
- Numbers come late. The owner only sees the day's sales after closing.
Five modules, one dashboard.
Menu
Categories, items, prices, photos, variants (size, sugar, ice), and an out-of-stock flag.
Table ordering
A lightweight web page per table with a cart and notes, sent straight to the dashboard.
Cashier
Point of sale for walk-in orders, cash or QRIS payment, receipts, and daily cash closing.
Kitchen display
An order queue with new, cooking, and ready states, plus a chime for every new order.
Daily report
Revenue, transaction count, best-selling items, totals per payment method, and CSV export.
Order from the table, straight to the cashier.
A guest taps their phone on an NFC sticker or scans the table QR, orders from the menu, and the cashier gets it on the dashboard. Pick a method and try it yourself, or let it play.

Optima Meja & Optima Tap
Table hardware is our next target, not part of the product today. Subscribe now and your cafe can be the first to try Optima Meja or Optima Tap.
Light to run, strict on data.
One app, one database
A single Next.js app and a PostgreSQL database serve every cafe — compact enough for one person to maintain.
Tenant isolation
Every record (menu, tables, orders, payments, staff, devices) belongs to one cafe. The cafe is always taken from the login session or the device token, never from guest input, with Row Level Security as a second guard.
Live orders
The dashboard receives new orders instantly over a live connection (WebSocket or server-sent events). Table devices simply poll for status so the firmware stays simple.
Payments you can trust
Dynamic QRIS is requested from the gateway through the server. An order only turns paid from a webhook whose signature has been verified — never from the guest's browser. Funds go straight to the cafe's merchant account.
- Each table uses a random token that only the server can map
- NFC stickers are locked against rewriting
- Tokens can be revoked at any time
- Ordering sessions are time-limited
- Requests are rate-limited
- Gateway API keys live only on the server
Where it stands.
Optima Cafe Manager is in design and prototype. It has not launched yet.
- Product and architecture design
- Interactive dashboard mockup (cashier, kitchen display, simulated table orders)
- 3D device designs with exploded views
- Component cost research
- App foundation
- Menu & QR ordering
- Kitchen display & cashier
- Daily report
- Pilot with one or two cafes
Dynamic QRIS and the table devices follow once the order flow is proven in daily use.
Run a cafe? Help shape Optima.
Optima will be tested with one or two pilot cafes first. If you want your cafe to be one of them, let's talk.
